Our
Approach

Jamma has been working together with Martin Stepek, co-founder of Ten for Zen to develop a delivery plan. Jamma's vision is to provide a programme of Life Skills to provide knowledge, tools, and support to enable anyone, anywhere to experience the positive benefits of living a mindful life through an understanding of basic brain science and the skills needed to understand the mind.  



The founders of Ten for Zen are experts in delivering authentic and life changing mindfulness tuition and have guided thousands towards a mindful life. We are delighted to have been working with Ten for Zen and benefitted from their experience. 

Raising national awareness of living a mindful life as a positive choice.

Working in partnership with Ten for Zen, Jamma has been developing a plan to deliver a programme of Life Skills to enable individuals of any age and background to gain an understanding of life skills and with this knowledge, move towards the life they want to live.

At Jamma, our philosophy is to amplify the positive impacts of projects through partnership. Ten for Zen’s aim is to make living a mindful life accessible for all, and reinforces our commitment to wellbeing.

Introducing any new habit, routine or behaviour takes time. Learning to live a mindful life is no different. Ten for Zen have been working with Jamma to design a delivery programme for new resources that will include an array of accessible learning materials and tools that will enable individuals everywhere to learn the basics of brain science at their own level and pace, and at times that are convenient for them. 

Jamma International's work with Ten for Zen supports their aim of significantly raising awareness of the techniques required to live a more mindful life, improving health and wellbeing for individuals anywhere and at any time.

Jamma International is partnering with WWF to support the development of the Siana and Oloisukut Conservancies, located on the north-eastern boundary of the Maasai Mara Reserve.

Our work ensures that the conservancy not only secures a vital wildlife corridor for the migration of elephants and wildebeest, but also acts as a catalyst for local sustainable development, and positively influences the lives of Siana residents.

The Photography Foundation creates pathways to professional photography for less advantaged young adults in London by offering education, work experience and routes to a career in the creative industries. It’s a simple philosophy with a lasting impact for good.

Jamma is proud to support the Shoreditch-based organisation to help make society a little more equal for tomorrow’s creative visionaries. Through training programmes and community outreach, they remove barriers to entry and open up photography careers, welcoming in the next generation of diverse creative talent.
